A Non-Profit Institution for Advanced Learning:
An American institute which is located in research Triangle Park of North Carolina, has dedicated itself to the study of humanities in all of its facets and forms. Individuals come from all across America and abroad to participate in these studies.  As result of these intellectual debates, almost a thousand books have been published.

When Milner first approached the institute, the institute did not have a sufficient IT infrastructure to allow for their scholars to properly interact and research nor did they have adequate security to protect they network from each point of entry.

A Family Dentistry:
Prior to Milner’s arrival, a rural dentist office struggled with office technology issues. These issues were only worsened by their office technology provider, at the time. Promises were made, but not kept and services were delivered late, if at all. So, after reviewing their provider’s poor service and higher cost, the dentist office knew it was time to make a change.

A Manufacturer of Ignition Interlock Devices:
When Milner approached a local manufacturing company, they were deeply entwined in a document management system that simply did not work.  It was difficult to capture documents within the document management tool, it had poor searchability for stored documents, and it had limited workflow capability.

Hotel and Golf Club:
After the first meeting with Milner, it became abundantly clear that the hotel was in need of some way to manage the paper flowing from employee to employee.  After some deliberation, Milner proposed a solution that would move the hotel away from their antiquated paper-based processes to a streamlined system that would be able to expand and grow with the hotel as they expanded.
